Breastfeeding is more than feeding!

Mum's milk or breast milk is just more than nutritional food for our baby because it also provide better health and affect intelectual growth to our baby. From a study made, breast milk is a life saving when they reach their adulthood as the chances of getting obese or diabetes is very low. Furthemore, by breastfeeding our bonding with baby is so close, cant be described by words. Beaing a working mum it has been 7 months journey in breastfeeding my girl Hannah. There surely ups n downs though my Alhamdullilah im still happy and fun expressing and breastfeeding her. Being away for about 12 hours per day from her and only spend less than. 3 hours per day with her is not a happy moment but by breastfeeding her we just get close together. Hard to express but im sure working breastfeeding mum out there will feel the same like i do. 
My advise is, breastfeed your baby till 2 years. Besides its uncountable nutritions , vitamins and minerals, its your baby's right to get mum's milk. And never have the thought of u dont have enough milk. Be positive, u may not have loads and tonnes of EBM but surely enough to fill her tummy full.
Breastfeedig also is fun and can be ready any time your baby needs it!

Cara tingkatkan susu semasa berpuasa

.Alhamdullilah selesai susah berpuasa pada 3 Ramadhan. Hari pertama berbuka bersama seluruh keluarga, memang best. Hari kedua dah mula kerja. Mesti ramai breastfeeding mums kat luar pening, risau takut stok susu tak cukup kan. Macam I. Memang sediakan stok siap2 tak nak lah nanti kekurangan stok kan. Tapi i believe and dah set siap kat kepala i mampu sediakan stok yang cukup dan yakin boleh susukan Hannah hingga kenyang sehingga 2 tahun.
Tahun ni puasa yang challenging kerana i perlu pump susu during fasting. Kalau bulan biasa sambil pam boleh minum2 kan. Agak kering jugak tekak.  Hari kedua Ramadhan i dapat perahan susu agak kurang. Tapi hari ni Alhamdullilah ada peningkatan seperti biasa.So I pun start mengkaji diet masa sahur dan berbuka.

Ramadhan kedua
Sahur- Sebiji buah kurma, satu tumbler ESP (tapi tak hbs), performance drink satu mug,nasi, air suam 2 gelas. Makan rushing sgt.

Buka: Kurma 3 biji makan nasi, kuih, cinch tea, performance drink, minum air suam 2 gelas.

Sebelum tido: Makan kuih muih, minum cinch tea mix, minum air suam, b complex sebiji,  4 biji ostematrix 2 biji Vitamin C, milo panas secawan.

Ramadhan ketiga
Sahur: 3 biji kurma, 1 tumbler cinch tea dan satu tumbler ESP, minum air suam 2 gelas.

Buka: Kurma 3 biji makan nasi, kuih, cinch tea, performance drink, minum air suam 2 gelas.

Sebelum tido: Makan kuih muih, minum cinch tea mix, minum air suam, b complex sebiji,  4 biji ostematrix 2 biji Vitamin C.

Sebelum bersahur pada Ramadhan 3 tu, memang i rasa different, terasa Miss B sgt penuh dan bengkak sampai baju semua basah. Jadi kesimpulannya yg i dapat buat diet makanan i dah ok beza sebab i minum air banyak, cinch tea mix dan ESP. Jadi diet yang sihat perlu diringi dengan pengambilan air yang cukup serta supplement untuk bekalkan tenaga. Insyallah. Di samping itu power pumping, pump every 2-3 hours mmg i rak tinggal. Serta berdoa supaya rezeki susu tu sentiasa mengalir ya.

Jadi ni lah antara milkbooster i ESP, b complex, dan Cinch Energy Tea Mix.

So sapa yang nak tahu lebih lanjut blh pm i okay. I akan cuba bantu sebaik mungkin. Happy breastfeeding u all.
