POWER PUMPING

Assalamualaikum! Hari nk ada whole day seminar dan tiada masa untuk pumping. Harap lunch kang sempat. Terpaksa menahan bengkak susu ni. Ramai yang tanya saya cara nak tingkatkan production susu. Ok salah satu cara saya ialah POWER PUMPING! Bila dah start keje selalu kita takda masa kan nak pam. Susu pun mula merundum. Dengan power power kalau menggunakan:

1) Double pumping
Pump both sides for 20 minutes, rest 10 minutes. Or pump for 10 minutes and rest 10 minutes. Continue for an hour. Usually at least once a week i akan buat. Kalau takda masa sangat i buat during office hour. Tapi sebab kat ofis, setting nk pump tu amik masa sikit sebba kadang2 pump tak kena btl2 shield tu. Sbb i pam kat my place so tak boleh nak selak2 kan.

2) Single pump
Pump 15-20 minutes right side then continue to left side. Do it for an hour.

While pumping i also take plain water. And a must after pumping u should drink water and through out the day at least 2-3 L per day. 88% of mum's milk contain water thats why u need lots of water ro produce milk.

Another tip is, do it before 7am since our prolactin hormone is high and more milk is produced.
