Since i have joined this breastfeeding mums page i have been experimenting with the milkbooster recipe.
Some recipes that you can try not oy as milkbooster but also as energy booster that makes you full.
1) ESP + blended dates
2) ESP + milo
3) ESP + strawberry milk
4) ESP + horlicks + oats
5) ESP + Chia Seeds + Rolled oats (new)
It is a combo of low cholestrol, lactose free soy protein drink with oats that rich in fibre and chia seeds that rich in omega 3 & 6.
I have tried this for 2 days my milk is even thicker and since i will be hungry after pumping eating this combo recipe really helps me to maintain weight with healthy style.
The Chia seeds and rolled oat i bought from Aeon Big at the organic section. Whilst the ESP shaklee u can buy from me.
Oowhh ya each pumping have increased 1 oz. im so happy. Since im a working mum i only spend 15-20 minutes to pump each session. But mums dont forget to eat well and drink 3L of water ya..
