Tips to tackle or reduce the pain or avoid it:
1) After pumping or direct feed, apply excess of milk at affected area. Mum's milk has natural antibody to cure the sore.
2) Apply ice pad to reduce the sore.
3) Or apply cream to heal the sore, vitamin E extract to dry the blister.
4) Dont skip pumping session.
5) Before pumping hv a hot drink and massage to stimulate milk production.
